Privacy policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what data the medianex.ai website collects and how it is used. It covers this website only.
Who is responsible
The controller of this website is AHSoft FZ LLE, Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4BJ4WS76S3) to understand how the site is used. It runs with Google Consent Mode v2: analytics is off by default, and the Google Analytics script is only loaded after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or make no choice, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is sent.
If you accept, Google Analytics collects:
- the pages you view and when;
- your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address);
- your device type, operating system, browser and screen size;
- clicks on our email links, recorded as the events
request_demo(the "Request a demo" buttons) andcontact_email(other email links).
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* to tell visits apart. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your cookie choice
Your choice (accepted or rejected) is stored in your browser's local storage under the key medianex-consent, so the banner does not reappear on every page. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
You can change your choice at any time. The button below clears your stored choice and shows the cookie banner again. To remove cookies Google Analytics has already set, you can also delete them in your browser settings.
Demo requests and emails
The "Request a demo" buttons open your own email program with a message to [email protected]. The site itself has no forms. If you send us an email, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver the site and protect it against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested, in server logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep data
- Google Analytics: event-level data is kept for 2 months, and user-level data for 14 months from the last activity (the property's data retention setting).
- Emails you send us: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
- Your cookie choice: stays in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the button above.
